Kelsey & Mason | The Barn at Grimmel Farms Wedding | Maryland Wedding Photographer

Kelsey and Mason got married this past Saturday at The Barn at Grimmel Farms in Jarrettsville, Maryland. I originally prepared for this wedding by purchasing a large amount of umbrellas a week before the date. It was no secret that hurricane Florence was on her way! I kept a close eye on the weather throughout the week, and to my surprise the bad weather threat slowly dwindled. The day of their wedding not a drop of rain hit the ground! It was such a huge blessing!

When I first met Kelsey she made it clear that her priority of the day was to enjoy her party. She didn’t want to spend a ton of time on portraits, but would rather spend that time with her guests. I did exactly as she asked and got some of my most favorite candid photos ever! Kelsey and Mason had the best reception! The dance floor was full the moment it opened, up until the end of the party.
