Jess & Kevin | Sherwood Gardens Engagement | Baltimore Wedding Photographer

The first thing I thought when Jess and Kevin asked me to shoot their wedding was... this is the day after my birthday! How exciting to shoot a gorgeous wedding at one of my favorite places the day after I turn 23! Jess and Kevin will be getting married at Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, Maryland. This has always been one of my favorite venues because of the gardens and beautiful architecture.

When Jess told me she wanted a Spring engagement session with lots of flowers I immediately thought of Sherwood Gardens in Baltimore. Because of the odd weather we had this Spring, the tulips bloomed ahead of time and had all pretty much died by the time their session came around. Luckily, the gardens were still beautiful and we did manage to find a few yellow tulips! Jess and Kevin were a pleasure to work with, and I cannot wait to see them get married the day after my birthday!
