2016 Behind the Scenes | Maryland Wedding Photographer

2016 was an amazing year for SWP. We had so much fun photographing weddings, engagements, families, maternity sessions and much more. We shot weddings all over the state of Maryland and and some in Pennsylvania. We also traveled to Mexico in February for a workshop, which was a lot of fun! I am excited to share with you some of the behind the scenes moments from this year because honestly, they are downright funny. We love our jobs and love that we can have fun while doing them! We are also very dedicated and do whatever it takes to get the perfect shot, even if that means hoping in the water with all of our gear...which Tim seemed to do a lot this year. For those of you who don't know the faces behind Sarah Wockenfuss Photography, here is a brief overview of who we are and what we do...

We love all of our clients and love them even more when they take fun photos with us! :)

We often enjoy Starbucks before a wedding or session or basically any other time of the day...even if they never spell my name right.

Sometimes Tim gets on the ground for the perfect shot...

Other times he just hops in the water!

He is also very talented in the art of veil throwing!

...and then there is me...someone who can never get their hair under control...

So often times I throw a hat on at engagement and family sessions!

Sometimes we dance at receptions and it is not very pretty.

In all seriousness we are so blessed to work with so many amazing people and we wouldn't trade our jobs for anything. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and our work, we truly appreciate it!
